Return Policy

At  Hat Trap Supply Co., all items are made-to-order through our print-on-demand production process. Because each piece is custom produced specifically for your order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Change of mind
  • Color preference
  • Shipping delays outside our control

Please review sizing charts and order details carefully before completing your purchase. Humans continue to treat sizing charts like optional literature, then act shocked when a fitted tee fits… fitted. Civilization remains resilient somehow.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 5 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue
  • Packaging photos if applicable

Once reviewed, we will gladly replace eligible defective or incorrect items at no additional cost.

Print Variations

Due to the custom production process, slight variations in:

  • Print placement
  • Color tone
  • Garment shade
  • Distress effects
    may occur and are considered normal.
