SECTION 3 - ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase a product from Hat Trap Supply Co.
We reserve the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders suspected of fraud, resale abuse, or unauthorized activity.
Orders are not considered accepted until payment has been successfully processed and confirmed.
Because all items are custom produced specifically for your order, cancellations or changes may not be possible once production begins. Please review all order details carefully before submitting your purchase. Humanity continues to click checkout first and read later. A bold strategy.
Final Sale Policy
Due to the custom print-on-demand nature of our products:
- All sales are final
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues, buyer’s remorse, or incorrect selections made during checkout
We only replace items that arrive:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.
Posted prices do not include:

- Shipping fees

- Weather
- Customs processing
- High-volume periods
- Events outside our control
Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier, risk of loss passes to the customer.
Hat Trap Supply Co. is not responsible for:
- Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
- Delivery delays
- Incorrect addresses entered during checkout
Additional shipping fees may apply for returned or reshipped packages.
