At  Hat Trap Supply Co., all items are made-to-order through our print-on-demand production process. Orders are processed specifically for each customer once payment is received.

Processing Time

Please allow:

  • 3-7 business days for production
  • Additional shipping time depending on carrier and destination

During launches, holidays, limited drops, or high order volume, processing times may increase slightly. Because apparently every human decides they urgently need apparel at the exact same moment.

Shipping Rates

We currently offer a flat-rate hybrid shipping fee of:

  • $9.99 per order

Shipping rates help cover:

  • Production handling
  • Packaging materials
  • Carrier transportation costs
  • Tracking services

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email provided at checkout. Tracking updates are controlled by the shipping carrier and may take time to refresh.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Hat Trap Supply Co. is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays
  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
  • Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout

Please verify your shipping information carefully before placing your order.

Incorrect Addresses

Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping fees before reshipment.

International Shipping

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties required by their country.
